There are different topics of human resource dissertation and all the topics are closely interlinked with each other. Compensation and benefits is considered as one of the important topics of human resource dissertation and immense research is needed to judge the patterns of research.
Compensation and benefits is an important aspect of research and it involves two basic aspects of research which are known as compensation and benefits. In the similar manner benefits in literal terms are usually associated with the extra benefits that employees are getting besides the actually payment.
