What are the core areas of research proposal?



A research proposal or a dissertation proposal is a document that is written before the dissertation to make sure that the dissertation is accepted by the instructor. Research proposals are usually rejected by the instructors because of several issues like they are not written properly by the students or there are several issues with the proposal due to which the instructor is unable to accept the proposal. The general issues in research proposals are plagiarism, grammatical errors and irrelevant content.
The core areas of research proposal are wide and varied. It depends on the instructions of the supervisor or the university guidelines. However, there are certain aspects of a research proposal that remains constant in a research proposal. These aspects are described below:
a.       Project description: This section focuses on the general project description of research and it generally includes a paragraph related with the research title. Project description is a general evaluation and a write up of the project that briefly gives an idea about what the actual project is.

b.      Aims and objectives: The aims and objectives can easily be considered as the most important aspect of research because the entire research revolves around it. That is the reason why utmost importance should be given to aims and objectives of research.

c.       Research strategy: This section is directly associated with the research methodology and it depicts the core research strategy.
